Return Policy Wasser’s Replace Policy We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for one reason or another, one of our products does not meet your expectations, we apologize in advance and will work with you to rectify the matter as soon as possible. Please read the following carefully. UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR PRODUCT: CHECK FOR PRODUCTS ARRIVING WITH IN - TRANSIT DAMAGE. Please examine all products upon receipt. If the package is damaged in transit, do not accept the shipment, unless you can determine that the product inside has not been damaged. You may open the package to see if the damaged packaging has impacted your purchase.
 


 
In the event that your package is damaged, immediately notify both the Sales Executives and wasserweb.com We will replace your purchase immediately at no charge.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the event that your product is defective, within 30 days from delivery, we will replace your purchase immediately at no charge Please notify Wasser International by contacting our staff by using our return procedure.


If your product was delivered over 30 days ago and is still under warranty, our customer service department will give you the information you need to have your product repaired or replaced at a manufacturer’s authorized product repair center.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT Sometimes your product may not be defective but you simply are not aware of proper procedures for optimal usage of your new product, in which case our technical support team would be pleased to help you get the most out of your new purchase.

REPLACE PROCEDURE Please retain the bill so this information can be used to expedite any credits in the event of a return. 1. If you would like to replace your product please fill out our replce form or call us. Wasser International will then issue you a CC number (valid for 15 days). Customers must have a CC number in order to replace a purchase. 2. The CC number is to be placed on the BOX by Customer Service. All replaces must be in the original packaging including the manuals, accessories, warranty information, and filters (if applicable). Any replaces arriving without our CC will be refused or returned at the customer's expense.
